Introducing “Sloww Sunday” — A New (Free) Newsletter to Awaken the Art of Living
Sloww Sunday is a free email newsletter sharing inspiration to awaken the art of living in all of us.
I come across all sorts of intriguing content in any given week. Sloww Sunday is where I share the best of what I find. It’s a weekly roundup in a consistent format, so you always know what to expect.
The newsletter includes links and short descriptions of:
- The latest Sloww blog posts from the week
- A fascinating article worth reading
- A mind-expanding video worth watching
- An intriguing quote worth contemplating
- And something off the beaten path worth learning
See the first issue here: Sloww Sunday Newsletter 001 — January 19, 2020
Don’t worry, even though many of my blog posts are long-form, I’ll keep the emails shorter. No more than five topics per newsletter.
The newsletter issues are also published on the blog, so they are easy to search and share with your friends and family on social media.
Everything will be mobile-friendly, so feel free to read it at your leisure on your favorite device.
All in all, I promise to never send you fluff. There may be some weeks without an email if there’s no new writing on the site and I didn’t come across anything worth sharing.
If you come across something thought-provoking on the same wavelength as Sloww content, please email me or message me socially. I may be able to include it in an upcoming newsletter.
Thanks as always for your continued interest and support on this journey through life.

Kyle,
Thanks to our “mutual friend,” Fumio Sasaki, I found you. That’s yet another Fumio benefit I did not expect. I have extra copies of two of my all-time favorite it would be a pleasure to send you. If that works for you, e-mail your address.
Thanks (to you and Fumio)

Welcome Bert! Extra copies of “Goodbye, Things”? If so, I’ve got a copy but thank you for offering!
